This is to inform the general public about the falsity being peddled by some bloggers about Emmanuella Adaolisa Ogbuegbunam.
Ogbuegbunam was a devout Catholic in her lifetime who was dedicated to her worship and God. She was a practicing pharmacist who treated her patients with so much care and passion.
That was how I came in contact with her. But she is one of many persons who feel trapped in the wrong body and bold to transit to the body and personality of her choice amidst all odds.
Emmanuella never disguised, nor pretended to be who she is not. She was an open transwoman who is proud to tell anyone about herself at first sight.
You are entitled to your personal prejudices and possibly transphobia, but please do not peddle false information capable of causing apprehension in the church by sensationalizing the death of Emmanuella.
May Emmanuella’s soul rest in peace.
